1. Controller and scope
This policy covers Radio Sloty Partners: partnership applications, partner accounts, assigned services, the community board, messages, media, advertising and integrations. The project uses the public name RadioSloty.com. The individual operating the project processes the data; contact Partners@RadioSloty.com about Partners and personal data. The general website policy covers the other public portal features.
2. Data we receive
An application contains your brand and company/operator name, service website, contact name, email, partnership type, language and optional description/message. Accounts contain a username, name, role and service assignments; passwords are stored as hashes. You may add an avatar, biography, posts, reactions, replies and private correspondence. We also keep submission dates, review statuses and the identifier of the reviewing administrator. Do not send identity documents, other servicesā passwords or card details.
3. Profiles, advertising and API
Service materials include descriptions, operator/licence details, offers, images, banners, selected payment methods and affiliate links intended for Radio Sloty. Advertising bookings include the service, dates, package, amount, status and payment confirmation. The panel does not store full card details. An API key entered in settings is encrypted in private storage. Saving a key does not connect an external system; integration scope is agreed separately.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Applications, contact and partnership administration support steps you request before a contract and performance of the agreed partnership (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where you are a party). Company representativesā details, moderation, account security and case documentation rely on legitimate interests in safe cooperation, communication and legal claims (point (f)). Mandatory accounting records rely on legal obligations (point (c)). Any feature requiring consent asks separately; applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant marketing consent.
5. Who can see the data
Only Administrators review applications and internal notes. A partner sees their account, assigned services and their own correspondence with the team. Board posts, author names, avatars and reactions are visible to signed-in participants; do not disclose other peopleās private details without a lawful basis. Approved profiles, offers and banners are public on the relevant Radio Sloty pages. Other partners do not receive your API keys, payment records or private messages.
6. Hosting and providers
Data is stored in private storage on the existing GoDaddy/cPanel hosting. Authorised maintainers, hosting, security, email and payment providers, advisers or authorities may access what is necessary on an appropriate basis. We do not sell applications or private correspondence. A mailto link uses your email software. External payment and affiliate services have their own policies. Transfers outside the EEA, where applicable under the GDPR, require an appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not claim that all processing occurs exclusively in the EU.
7. Storage and technical data
Sign-in uses a session token stored in sessionStorage. Language and radio preferences may be remembered locally. The server processes connection data needed for security and spam prevention; the form uses request limits and a short-lived anti-spam challenge. Click statistics are aggregated; other partners do not receive visitorsā individual details. An analytics integration requiring consent cannot be enabled merely by entering an API key.
8. Application retention
An unresolved application is kept for no more than 90 days after submission. After acceptance or rejection, its record is removed within 30 days and no later than the original 90-day deadline. Technical expiry uses shorter 89/29-day periods with daily cleanup. Acceptance does not automatically create an account; the team transfers only information needed for an agreed partnership. Editing a status does not extend retention.
9. Ending cooperation: removal within one month
Request termination through your partner account or Partners@RadioSloty.com, identifying the service and desired date. After proportionate verification of authority, the team disables access and exposure and removes the service profile, offers, banners, affiliate links and unnecessary materials from active catalog, ranking and promotion pages without undue delay, within one month at the latest; our operational limit is 30 days. Ending one serviceās cooperation does not delete other assigned brands. On full termination, unnecessary account data, avatar, drafts, related posts and API keys are also removed. This is an administrative process triggered by a request, not automatic deletion for inactivity.
10. Accounting, claims and backups
Removing an active profile does not destroy payment evidence or information that must be retained by law or for a specific dispute. Exceptions are limited to necessary data and the relevant obligation/claim period and cannot support continued promotion. The team also reviews archives, backups and email. Data due for deletion must be removed or anonymised in editable copies; isolated recovery copies have restricted access and must not restore deleted profiles to operation. We do not claim automatic removal from every historical hosting backup. The requester is informed of any necessary exception and its justification.
11. Your rights and contact
Where the GDPR applies, you can request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability as applicable, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Contact Partners@RadioSloty.com. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; a legally justified extension is explained during that first month. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of UODO). Required fields are needed to handle an application; other fields are optional. The team decides on cooperation; no legal decision is based solely on automated profiling. The current document version, project name and contact appear on this page.
