Warning signs: when a service should raise a red flag

An unclear operator, changing terms and lack of contact are reasons to stop and examine the service more closely.

AT A GLANCE

An unclear operator, changing terms and lack of contact are reasons to stop and examine the service more closely.

No clear operator information

Check who formally operates the service, where the licence information is located and whether the terms identify a specific company.

Hard-to-find terms

If withdrawal, bonus or account-closure rules are unclear or regularly changed without clear notice, treat it as a warning sign.

Contact problems

A lack of response does not by itself prove dishonesty, but repeated contact problems during withdrawals or verification call for caution.

Do not add money to unlock a withdrawal

If someone demands another deposit solely to supposedly unlock your funds, stop and verify the situation independently.
