The Radio Sloty community has a voice

The ranking was not designed solely as a one-way editorial list.

We also want users to have their say.

That is why listed entries offer a simple voting system using a thumbs up 👍 and thumbs down 👎.

A thumbs up expresses a positive opinion of a service.

A thumbs down can indicate dissatisfaction, negative experiences or simply a different opinion about the brand.

This brings our community's voice alongside the information published by Radio Sloty.

We do not want users to be passive recipients of the ranking.

We want them to react to brands and show fellow community members their views of an operator.

One vote every seven days

We introduced a frequency limit to prevent voting becoming a race of repeated clicks.

You can vote for a given ranking entry once every seven days.

After that period, you can express your opinion again.

This keeps the ranking alive and able to change with community experiences.

An operator receiving positive votes today may be viewed differently months later. The reverse is also possible.

That is why we do not permanently close voting after one click.

One opinion a week lets the community update its voice regularly without unnecessarily inflating counts over a short period.

Voting can signal issues to the editorial team

The 👍 and 👎 system also matters for Radio Sloty itself.

Repeatedly increasing negative ratings for a brand may prompt our editorial team to look more closely.

This does not automatically mean the operator is behaving improperly.

Negative votes have many possible causes, so vote results alone should not support far-reaching conclusions.

However, if negative votes are accompanied by recurring reports of similar problems, we can examine available information and, for partners, try to obtain an explanation directly.

In this way, the community can help highlight topics deserving attention.

A thumbs up is not a safety certificate

Vote results need to be interpreted appropriately.

Many 👍 votes do not guarantee withdrawals, safety, fairness, legality or high service quality.

Likewise, more 👎 votes do not by themselves establish that a brand is dishonest.

A partner’s ranking presence does not mean we stop following what happens afterwards.

Within our capacity, we will monitor featured websites and core information.

Credible indications of serious problems may lead us to investigate further.

This does not mean Radio Sloty can control external companies.

Operators have their own systems, procedures, terms, security policies and customer support teams.

When users enter an external website, they establish a direct relationship with its operator.

We may help contact a partner

If a user encounters a problem with a featured partner, we may try to help communication in justified cases.

This may involve forwarding a report, asking the partner to review the situation or drawing attention to a reported problem.

Such help is intermediary in nature.

Radio Sloty is not a casino, bookmaker, payment operator, regulator or dispute resolution institution.
