AT A GLANCE

The key information without a legal maze.

Data minimisation

We process only the data needed for the selected feature, such as an email address for the newsletter or a nickname and comment text.

Analytics only with consent

Google Analytics 4 starts only after you accept the “Analytics” category. We do not use this consent to enable ad personalisation automatically.

Abuse prevention

Some features create short-lived or hashed technical identifiers to limit spam and repeated voting.

You stay in control

You can change privacy settings, unsubscribe from the newsletter and contact us about your data.

1. Data controller

The controller of data processed through the public features of the service is the entity operating the Radio Sloty brand. For privacy matters, you can contact us through the contact form or at contact@radiosloty.com.

Important

Radio Sloty does not need passwords, 2FA codes, login details, full card numbers, CVV codes, private keys or copies of identity documents to handle a form or report. Do not send this information.

2. Access in accordance with local law

Radio Sloty may apply territorial restrictions to parts of the service related to gambling. The service is not intended for users located in Poland and the infrastructure may block access from that territory.

Hosting, CDN or security infrastructure may determine the approximate country of connection from the IP address or headers supplied by trusted infrastructure. This is used for access control and security. We do not use it to determine a user’s precise location.

3. Scope and sources of data

The scope of data depends on the feature you use. Not every visit generates all of the information described below.

NEWSLETTEREmail address

Email address, signup source and dates related to signup and consent.

CONTACTData provided in the form

Name, email, subject, message and, optionally, organisation, phone, region and other information entered by the user.

REPORT A SERVICECase details

Full name, email, operator name and address, type of issue, date of the event, case number and the description provided by the user.

COMMENTSNickname and content

Nickname, comment, related article and publication time. Published comments are publicly visible.

GREETINGSNickname and message

The content is sent for moderation. Once approved, the nickname and message may appear publicly in the greetings ticker.

VOTINGTechnical key

To limit repeated voting, an HMAC key derived from the IP address is used. The IP address is not stored in plain form in the voting history.

SAFETYTechnical data

The server may process the IP address, browser information, request time and other basic connection data needed to protect against spam and abuse.

PARTNER LINKSAggregated click statistics

We may count clicks by partner, placement and day and include a random click ID in the destination address. We do not record IP addresses or browser fingerprints in our click statistics.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on the feature, data may be processed to perform an action requested by the user, conduct correspondence, publish voluntarily submitted content, send the newsletter, protect the service, moderate content, prevent abuse, maintain aggregated statistics or comply with a legal obligation.

  • consent — in particular the newsletter and other features for which we ask for voluntary permission;
  • actions requested by the user — e.g. responding to a message or handling a report;
  • legitimate interest — IT security, spam prevention, moderation, abuse prevention, defence against claims and basic service statistics;
  • legal obligation — where retaining or disclosing specific data is required by law.

5. Newsletter and forms

Newsletter

Providing an email address is voluntary. The system records the address, form source, signup date, consent date and consent notice version. The data is available only to authorised staff in the private part of Radio Sloty. The “Unsubscribe” function removes the address from the active newsletter database.

Newsletter consent is separate from consent to analytics or marketing cookies. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

CONSENT MANAGEMENT

Unsubscribe from the newsletter

Enter the email address used to subscribe. We will remove it from the active mailing list.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are stored in the private part of the system and routed by email to contact@radiosloty.com regardless of the selected topic. The form uses rate limiting and an anti-spam honeypot field.

5A. Service reports and voluntary mediation

Report data is used to assess the case, protect users, verify information published on Radio Sloty and, if the user requests it, consider voluntary mediation. Submitting the form does not mean that we accept the allegations or commit to publishing a warning.

If a dispute concerns a casino or another operator described in the service, the user may ask Radio Sloty to attempt voluntary out-of-court mediation. Assistance may include organizing the report, forwarding it to the operator, obtaining the other party’s position, and supporting communication aimed at an amicable resolution.

Mediation requires a reliable description, basic evidence and consent to share with the operator the data necessary to identify the matter. Users should remove or redact passwords, full card numbers, login details, security codes and other information not needed to review the report.

Data is not shared with the operator solely because a report was submitted. If the user requests mediation, the data needed to identify the case is shared only after obtaining the relevant consent. Radio Sloty acts as a communication intermediary, not a court, regulator, law firm or formal arbitrator. Mediation is voluntary, requires the operator's cooperation and does not guarantee a reply, payment or particular outcome.

Mediation does not suspend complaint deadlines, limitation periods or deadlines for reporting a matter to the operator, regulator, consumer ombudsman or court. The user remains responsible for meeting applicable deadlines and may use other available remedies at any time.

7. External content and services

The service contains links to or embedded elements from third-party providers, including Google Analytics 4, SoundCloud, Suppi, and social networks such as YouTube, Kick, X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Google Analytics 4 runs only with analytics consent and may process technical information and site usage data to produce visitor and engagement statistics. After loading, the embedded SoundCloud player may receive technical device and connection data under SoundCloud's rules. The Suppi module loads only when the support stage is opened or the Suppi profile is viewed. Ordinary social links take the user to the external provider only after a click.

External service operators act independently and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You should review their privacy rules before using those services.

8. Data recipients

Data may be available to entities supporting hosting, CDN/WAF, email, infrastructure maintenance, IT security and legal or technical support, only to the extent needed to perform their tasks. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by applicable law.

Radio Sloty does not sell its newsletter subscriber list or information submitted through contact and report forms. Affiliate compensation may relate to a visit to a partner or an action on its site, but does not mean that the contents of private correspondence are sold.

If the user knowingly proceeds to an external operator, social service, SoundCloud or Suppi, further data processing takes place under that entity’s rules.

9. Transfers of data outside the EEA

Using global infrastructure providers or external services may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, such a transfer should rely on an appropriate legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism provided by law.

10. Retention period

We do not keep data longer than needed for the purpose for which it was created. Where the system has a technical time period or limit, we apply the following rules:

  • newsletter — until you unsubscribe or the service ends;
  • technical voting history — entries older than 90 days are deleted, while aggregated vote totals remain;
  • anti-spam limits for forms, comments and greetings — current technical keys are kept in short windows, generally around 15 minutes;
  • partner click statistics — aggregated daily data is limited to about 18 months; we do not store an IP address or browser fingerprint in it;
  • comments and greetings — they are kept in the active service history until moderation, deletion, loss of publication purpose or the system’s operational limit is reached;
  • correspondence and submissions — for the time needed to handle the matter and afterwards for as long as justified by case documentation, security or defence against claims.
  • promotional draw results and Fair Play keys — technical records are automatically cleaned up and entries older than about 35 days are removed; the device cookie may have a longer technical lifetime in order to maintain the protective mechanism.

11. User rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may, subject to the law, request access to your data, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can submit a request through the contact form or at contact@radiosloty.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to the correct person.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country. The European Data Protection Board publishes a list of supervisory authorities in the EEA ↗.

Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interests, you may object for reasons relating to your particular situation. An objection to direct marketing does not require any additional justification.

12. Automated decisions and minors

Radio Sloty does not make decisions about users that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely on the basis of automated profiling. Automatic determination of an approximate country may, however, result in technical blocking of access to the service or part of it.

Gambling-related content is intended only for adults under the law applicable where the user is located. We do not design gambling-related features for children and do not knowingly ask minors to provide data for such features.

Data security

We use measures that reduce the amount of data and the risk of abuse, including private data directories, access restrictions for technical files, request rate limits, anti-spam fields, same-origin policies and hashed or HMAC-based identifiers instead of storing IP addresses in some features.

No internet system can guarantee absolute security. If you reasonably suspect a privacy incident, contact us as soon as possible.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service features, providers, processing methods or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
