These Terms set out the rules for using Radio Sloty, a radio and editorial service with a player, programmes, Magazine, casino directory and ranking, offer information, newsletter, community features and partner materials.

1. General provisions
Radio Sloty is an online radio, editorial, informational and entertainment service. These Terms apply to all public features. By using them, users agree to follow the rules below. If users do not accept these rules, they should stop using the service.
2. Service provider and contact

3. Scope of services
The service may provide, in particular:
- online radio streaming, WebPlayer, programme schedule, show information and archived sets;
- Radio Sloty Magazine, news, interviews, analyses and other editorial material;
- casino and operator profile directory, editorial ranking and the “Users’ choice” view;
- information about bonuses, free spins, promo codes, weekly promotions and loyalty programmes;
- labelled partner, sponsored and affiliate materials, including the “Partner of the week” section;
- newsletter, comments, greetings, voting, and contact and report forms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to the service is free of charge. The user bears internet connection costs according to their agreement with their service provider.
4. Technical requirements
To use the service, you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript and audio playback, and an active network connection. Some features may require permission to play media or load third-party resources.
5. Age and access to content
Radio Sloty is intended for adults only. Content concerning casinos, bonuses, operators and gambling may only be viewed by users who may also legally access such information or services in their place of residence and current location.
Radio Sloty does not verify age using identity documents in the public part of the service. Users are responsible for using the service in accordance with the age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
6. Compliance with local law
Users may access gambling-related content only where permitted by the law of their place of residence and current location. If local law prohibits or restricts such access, the user must not use that part of the service.
Radio Sloty may apply territorial restrictions to parts of the service related to gambling. The service is not intended for users located in Poland and the infrastructure may block access from that territory.
Users must not bypass security measures, geo-blocking, age restrictions or Fair Play mechanisms using a VPN, proxy, automation or other technical means.
7. Nature of content
Materials published in the service are informational, editorial and entertainment content. They do not constitute legal, financial or investment advice, an offer to enter into a contract, a guarantee of service availability or an assurance of winnings. Users make all decisions independently and at their own risk.
8. Rankings and ratings
The default profile order is set by the editors using available and verifiable information, particularly the clarity of terms, features, mobile availability, user support and completeness of operator information. A published profile or its position is not a safety certificate or a guarantee of quality.
In the “Users’ choice” view, profiles are ordered by the balance of positive and negative votes. In a tie, the profile with more positive votes ranks higher, then the default order decides. One IP address may vote on a given profile once every 7 days. Radio Sloty may reject or invalidate votes that appear automated, duplicated or designed to circumvent safeguards.
Radio Sloty does not guarantee the completeness, current accuracy or uninterrupted availability of offers presented by third parties. Before using a service, users should independently verify the operator, licence, terms, territorial restrictions and offer conditions.
9. Links and third parties
The service may contain links to social platforms, media players, operators, Suppi and other independent websites. Clicking a link or launching an embedded module may result in using a third-party service under that provider’s own terms.
Radio Sloty does not operate a casino, accept deposits or bets, manage player accounts, or become a party to agreements between a user and an external operator. Payments made through third-party services, including voluntary support for the project, are governed by that service provider’s terms.
10. Partner materials and affiliation
Some materials and links are commercial. Radio Sloty may receive compensation for a publication, campaign, partner placement or a specific action after a visit to an external site. Sponsored, partner and affiliate materials are labelled so their nature can be identified.
“Partner of the week” is a featured presentation of one published profile and may be part of a commercial partnership. The feature does not guarantee solvency, safety or compliance with laws applicable to the user. The logo, colours and link lead to the indicated partner's profile or website.
Commercial cooperation does not replace the user's independent assessment of legality, licensing, safety and offer terms.
Radio Sloty may immediately suspend promotion, remove materials, deactivate links and end cooperation with a partner if it receives credible information indicating unfair practices toward users, in particular unjustified withholding of withdrawals, misleading terms, unjustified account blocks, violations of law, lack of a required licence, or refusal to provide a fair explanation of serious reports.
11. Rules for using the service
Users agree to use the service in accordance with the law, these Terms, accepted standards of conduct and safety rules. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- provide unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- impersonate other persons or entities;
- transmit malicious code or attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the service;
- automatically collect data, send requests in bulk, or circumvent safeguards without prior consent;
- use the service to promote unlawful activity;
- manipulating voting, comments, greetings, the draw or other community mechanisms;
- send passwords, login details, full payment-card data or identity documents.
12. User-submitted content
If the service allows users to submit greetings, reports, comments or other content, the user declares that they have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights. Radio Sloty may refuse to publish or may remove content that violates these Terms, the law, safety rules or the legitimate interests of others.
A comment or greeting intended for publication may be publicly visible together with the nickname. Content is moderated and there is no guarantee that it will be published or retained indefinitely.
Submitting content intended for publication grants Radio Sloty a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use it to the extent necessary to display, reproduce, moderate and promote the relevant service feature. The user retains their rights to the content.
13. Copyright and trademarks
The service layout, texts, graphics, recordings, visual identity and other Radio Sloty materials are protected under applicable law. They may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of normal use of the service.
Names, logos and materials of third parties belong to their respective owners and are presented for informational or identification purposes. Their presence does not imply a partnership unless explicitly stated.
14. Availability and technical changes
Radio Sloty aims to provide stable operation of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, failures, third-party providers or events beyond the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
The Service Provider may develop, change, temporarily disable or remove service features when justified by technical reasons, security, law or a change in the operating model.
15. Liability
Radio Sloty is liable for its own actions to the extent required by mandatory law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is not liable for user decisions based on informational content, game outcomes, loss of funds, actions of external operators, changes to their terms, unavailability of external services, or damage resulting from a user’s breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves the risk of losing the entire amount allocated and may lead to addiction. It should not be treated as a source of income, a way to repay debts or a solution to financial problems. Users should set time and spending limits in advance, avoid borrowing money to gamble, avoid chasing losses, and not gamble under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, strong emotions or stress.
If control is lost, stop gambling immediately, use limits, a temporary account block or self-exclusion, restrict access to payments, and seek help from a local support organization or qualified professional where you are located. Radio Sloty provides educational information but does not replace professional medical, psychological or therapeutic assistance.
17. Reports concerning Radio Sloty and operators
Technical problems, errors in published information and complaints about the operation of Radio Sloty can be sent to contact@radiosloty.com. The message should include a description of the matter, the address of the relevant page, the date of the event and details allowing us to respond.
Issues concerning a player's account, deposit, withdrawal, KYC or bonus fulfilment should first be reported directly to the operator, as Radio Sloty has no access to its systems or the user's funds. The “Report a service” form lets users send us a documented issue for editorial review or consideration of voluntary mediation.
Radio Sloty responds to reports concerning its own service without undue delay, generally within 14 days. Accepting a report concerning an operator does not mean accepting its validity or guaranteeing mediation or a particular outcome.
18. Voluntary mediation with an operator
If a dispute concerns a casino or another operator described in the service, the user may ask Radio Sloty to attempt voluntary out-of-court mediation. Assistance may include organizing the report, forwarding it to the operator, obtaining the other party’s position, and supporting communication aimed at an amicable resolution.
Mediation requires a reliable description, basic evidence and consent to share with the operator the data necessary to identify the matter. Users should remove or redact passwords, full card numbers, login details, security codes and other information not needed to review the report.
Radio Sloty acts as a neutral communication intermediary, not as a court, regulator, law firm or formal arbitrator. Mediation is voluntary, requires the operator’s cooperation and does not guarantee a response, payment of funds or any particular outcome.
Mediation does not suspend complaint deadlines, limitation periods or deadlines for bringing a matter to an operator, regulator or court. The user remains responsible for meeting the applicable deadlines.
19. Privacy
The rules for processing personal data, using technical data, cookies, localStorage and external services are described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy supplements these Terms.
20. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be amended for important reasons, in particular changes in law, service features, technology, security rules or the cooperation model. The current version is published on this page. Material changes should be communicated in a manner appropriate to the nature of the service.
21. Final provisions
Use of the service is governed by the law applicable to the Service Provider, subject to mandatory consumer rights arising from the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in force.
The service may be presented in several language versions. In the event of differences in meaning between translations, the Polish version of the Terms is the reference version unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
