RADIO & PLAYER

Listening, WebPlayer and shows

The most common questions about playback and the schedule.

How do I listen to Radio Sloty?

On the home page, use the main player or the bottom player, which remains available as you navigate between pages. The separate WebPlayer can be opened only through the link on the home page.

The radio is playing but I hear nothing. What should I check?

First click the play button manually, as your browser may block automatic audio playback. Also check the player volume, tab and system mute settings, and your internet connection. If the issue persists, refresh the page. You can open WebPlayer from the link on the home page.

What is the difference between the bottom player and WebPlayer?

The bottom player is part of the service and stays with you while you browse pages. WebPlayer works as a separate page or window and is useful when you want to keep the radio running independently of the rest of the site.

Where can I check the current and upcoming shows?

Choose “Shows” in the menu or the “Shows” button in the bottom player. The schedule is published from Radio Sloty and shows current and planned broadcasts.

Where can I find sets from previous shows?

Archived sets are available in the “Sets from previous shows” section and on the Sets page. Availability depends on whether a particular recording has been published.

Do I need an account to listen to the radio?

No. Public radio listening, viewing the schedule and most Radio Sloty content do not require a user account.

COMMUNITY

Greetings, comments, reviews and voting

How community features and moderation work.

How do I send a greeting to Radio Sloty?

In the bottom player, choose “Greetings”, enter a nickname and a short message. Greetings are sent for moderation and may appear in the greetings ticker after approval.

Does support through Suppi guarantee that a greeting will be published?

No. Supporting the project and moderating greetings are separate. Support does not guarantee publication, and greetings that break the rules may be rejected.

Why didn’t my comment or greeting appear immediately?

Community content may require moderation. Radio Sloty may reject spam, abusive content, sensitive data, advertising or material that breaks the service rules.

How does ranking voting work?

You can vote positively or negatively on a published profile. In the “Users’ choice” view, the balance of 👍 and 👎 votes comes first. In a tie, the profile with more positive votes ranks higher, followed by the default order. One IP address may vote on a given profile once every 7 days.

How does the editorial ranking differ from “Users’ choice”?

The editorial ranking uses the default order set by the editors based on published data. “Users’ choice” sorts the same profiles by community votes. Neither view guarantees an operator's safety, solvency or availability in your country.

Where do directory profiles and information come from?

Profiles and their descriptions are published and updated by the editors using public operator data and information sent to Radio Sloty. Before registering, always confirm the operator's licence, availability in your location and current terms on its own website.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Codes, promotions, ranking and partner links

What to check before visiting an external service.

What can I find in the directory and offer sections?

The directory contains published operator profiles. Separate views group profiles and offers by recorded information, such as mobile availability, fast withdrawals, bonus type, free spins, promo codes or VIP programmes. A missing profile or label does not settle the quality or absence of a feature; it only means that the feature has not been confirmed in the published data.

What does “Partner of the week” mean?

It is a featured presentation of one published profile that may be part of a commercial partnership. This label is not a safety certificate or a guarantee of quality. The button leads to the partner profile in the directory, where you can check available information and terms.

Are operator links affiliate links?

Some links may be affiliate links. If you use one, Radio Sloty may receive compensation from the partner. This does not increase the price for you and does not constitute a guarantee regarding the operator.

Are promotions, bonuses and codes always current?

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted accuracy of information from an external operator. Terms can change without notice, so before accepting an offer check its terms, expiry date, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, availability in your country and withdrawal restrictions on the operator's website.

A drawn or published code does not work. What should I do?

Check the expiry date, required deposit, country availability, minimum conditions and rules for assigning the code to an account. If it still does not work, contact the operator directly because Radio Sloty cannot activate codes on user accounts.

Can Radio Sloty help with a casino withdrawal, deposit or KYC?

Radio Sloty does not manage user accounts with operators and does not process deposits, withdrawals or KYC verification. Such matters should be directed to the operator’s support team. If the issue concerns a serious problem with a service, you can also use the “Report a service” form.

Is Radio Sloty a casino operator?

No. Radio Sloty is a media and information project. It does not accept deposits, operate player accounts or process withdrawals.

CONTACT

Technical issues, editorial matters and cooperation

Where to direct a matter that the FAQ does not resolve.

How do I report a technical error on the site?

Use the contact form. Provide the page name, device or browser, approximate time of the issue and a short description of what happened. A screenshot may help diagnose the problem.

How do I contact the editorial team or ask about cooperation?

On the “Contact & cooperation” choose the appropriate form topic. Editorial, technical and partnership matters should be submitted separately so they reach the right queue faster.

Is the site available in multiple languages?

Yes. The public interface supports PL, EN and UA. You can change the language using the header switcher, and the choice may be stored locally in your browser.

I could not find the answer. What next?

Use the contact form. If the matter concerns an operator, use “Report a service”. If it concerns loss of control over gambling, go directly to “Safety & Help” instead of waiting for an editorial response.
