Provide the withdrawal request date, case status and the operator case number if you received one.
Report a problem with a service
If your issue concerns a withdrawal, account, KYC verification, bonus terms, suspicious communication or information published on Radio Sloty, you can send us a structured report. We will assess its scope and decide whether the content needs correction, the partner needs further verification, or we should try to contact the operator.
Describe the operator’s message and what happened. Do not send us copies of identity documents or login credentials.
Identify the offer, the date you used it and the specific term that raises concerns.
Do not click suspicious links. If you find an error on Radio Sloty, include the profile address and identify the content that needs checking.
If you suspect an account takeover, unauthorised transaction, theft of funds or attempted fraud, do not wait for a Radio Sloty response. First contact the operator, your bank or payment provider and the relevant authorities or institutions where you are located.
Prepare the facts, not sensitive data.
Before submitting, contact the operator's official support and keep your case number. A specific timeline and the disputed term help us assess your report fairly.
- the service name and its official address;
- the event date and sequence of key events;
- the case or transaction number if the operator assigned one;
- a brief description of the operator’s response;
- what you expect: an explanation, a correction of information or an attempt at mediation.
- passwords or 2FA codes;
- full card numbers or CVV data;
- seed phrases, private keys or recovery codes;
- copies of identity documents;
- data that is not needed to identify the matter.
Send the matter directly to Radio Sloty.
This form is only for reporting problems concerning external services and operators. For ordinary technical questions, use Help & FAQcome together.
What happens to the report?
The report receives a technical ID and joins Radio Sloty's review queue.
We check whether the description is complete, how the case relates to Radio Sloty and whether the user has contacted the operator first.
We may request additional information securely, verify published data or, with the user's consent, ask the operator for a response.
Credible findings may lead to a profile correction, an additional label, a warning or a pause in promotion. A case may be closed if there are insufficient grounds.
We can help with communication, but we do not replace a court or regulator.
If a dispute concerns a casino or another operator described in the service, the user may ask Radio Sloty to attempt voluntary out-of-court mediation. Assistance may include organizing the report, forwarding it to the operator, obtaining the other party’s position, and supporting communication aimed at an amicable resolution.
Radio Sloty acts as a neutral communication intermediary, not as a court, regulator, law firm or formal arbitrator. Mediation is voluntary, requires the operator’s cooperation and does not guarantee a response, payment of funds or any particular outcome.
Important: mediation does not suspend complaint deadlines, limitation periods or deadlines for bringing a matter to the operator, regulator or court.
